Much loved husband of Joan, loving father of Sandra and Julie, father-in-law of Doug and Tim and much loved Pop of Elyce, Patrick, Joshua and Molly and their partners Steve, Samantha and Melissa, great grandfather to Cohwen and Lincoln Graeme. Forever In Our Hearts Rest In Peace Many thanks to the staff at Beleura Hospital. HILL. - Graeme Vincent. To my dear Graeme Until we meet again in a peaceful place. Love - Joan.
