I met Mr. Tutt at a soccer camp in the summer of 1983. He was so polite and patient with us. One day I had the pleasure of speaking with him one-one-one about how to overcome stamina issues during a game. He told me that whenever I felt as though I couldn't run anymore, to just commit to five more steps, and then five more, etc. That advice served me well, not only in sports but also in my professional life. Because of his advice, which I never forgot, I was able to get through difficult challenges at work and in life. He literally changed my outlook on life when i was only 13 years old. I'm 52 now and will never forget Mr. Tutt.

Sorry to read of the death of Buster, who was a classmate of mine at Roger Manwood Secondary School in Forest Hill, South London. We used to joke about us both being the youngest kids in our school year (I was born the day before him), but he was about a foot taller than me. I am also a lifelong fan of Charlton Athletic and saw him play for us many times, my stand out memory being the match against Crystal Palace (our deadly local rivals) when he made two incredible saves late in the game to ensure our 1-0 win. He was a friend at school and a great player for the club I follow. A man with an infectious sense of humour and a great heart for sport. I offer my genuine and sincere condolences to his family. I only knew him for a few brief years at school, and saw him play for 'my' club for all too few seasons. But his was a good life and I'm glad that, reading his obituary, he was happy and fulfilled. God bless you, Buster.

Liz, we have been so sad since we heard about Graham's death. Jen, our daughter, kept us informed about his stay in the hospital and we were so hopeful that he would be Ok and come back home with you. He always had a sweet smile and a warm hello when we saw him in the yard or walking his precious puppies. You and Graham have always been great neighbors of Jen and we knew you were always there for her. We are so sad and we send our sincerest sympathy to you and the boys.

Truly a "BRILLIANT" man! Graham was a caring great husband, father, soccer player, coach, teacher & friend. He will be sorely missed by the Stein family.
Graham, with his sterling qualities & excellent example, taught our sons, Pete & Ed, to be good men & soccer players.
He helped our youngest, Ed, to be a goalkeeper; so much so that it helped Ed to receive a soccer scholarship to Furman University in South Carolina.
We will always remember Graham. Not only do we have his book, "Never Give Up", but we also have a 1987 photo of Graham & Liz at a soccer camp that Graham organized at Auburn University.
Our prayers, Liz, are for you, Billy & Jennifer, Taylor & Megan & the rest of Graham´s family.
God bless,
Bob & Rosemary Stein
