Grant changed my life.
To make a long story short, I spent a great deal of time with Grant after high school working out at the CRC. He helped me find a love of weightlifting and improving myself. It put me on the path that would eventually lead me to pursuing a college education and meeting my spouse. Because of the lessons that I learned from Grant, I was ready when these opportunities came. I owe him so much.
All I can say is thank you Mr and Mrs Wallace, for the man you raised. We'll all see him again.

I was thinking of you tonight Grant. I remember your laugh back when we worked at My Pizza together. Back when we pulled into empty parking lots and played our car systems loud. I miss you bud. You were an inspiration, a light to so many people. I never heard a bad thing about you. I have no bad memory of you. Months later I'm still in disbelief. Your attitude, smile, and the way you lived life is a continued inspiration.

Thank You Kerry & Dave for raising such an amazing young man. Grant was & still is an incredibly gentle spirit. I was blessed to have known him since his freshman year of HS at Sobrato. Thank You both for opening your lovely home up to my daughter Taylor (for years) & providing her with endless memories of happier times. We miss Grant very much, as we all do. I'm praying for you both & your entire family for God to keep providing you comfort & light during this difficult time. Grant and I would talk weekly when he worked at "My Pizza". I'm so happy that i got to see him often as he'd graciously help me load my 5 gallon water jugs & give me a huge bear hug after in the pkg lot right next door to his work. I am so sad to know that I will not be seeing Grant again. Although I had only seen him a few times since graduation, he was such an interesting science student in Middle School! I fondly remember his smile, the way he thought about things, and his insightful questions and observations - a unique and delightful individual! I am so glad to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with him, his family, and all the fortunate people who knew and are glad to remember him. He will be missed.

I've been sitting here trying to find the right words to say but I'll do my best. I didn't know Grant as well or as long as everyone else on here but by God he sure put a print in my boyfriend and I's heart. Whether it was out on the town or at Bubbles, Grant was there with a great smile and great laugh. He was always so charming and sweet. We will never forget him and are praying everyday for him,his family and friends. Heaven gained such a handsome, funny, and sweet hearted kid.

I work at the CRC where Grant spent many, many hours working out or shooting hoops; not once did he ever come into the building with a smile on his face, he was always so incredibly kind to everyone that he encountered. His smile was so infectious, you couldn't help but smile back. I am so terribly saddened to hear of his passing. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends in this extremely difficult time.

While I did not know Grant.....do not even know his parents, I shed tears of sorrow at your loss. My grandson, Jordan Matthew knew Grant....met him at the gym. Grant was such an awesome person! He was genuine, kind and a talented musician. He was a health nut, lived life true to his core self and had a great sense of humor! I am so fortunate to have had him visit Alaska the summer of 2014. We fished in Seward, flew around Denali and landed on Ruth glacier and fished in sunshine Creek. It was a great time and I was fortunate to see the man he had become! We love and miss you Grant!
