My brother and I were truly inspired by the painted calendars of the Brothers Hildebrandt, and I recently purchased some signed art from Greg. The magic that he and his brother made will sorely be missed. Peace.

I never met him, but have always loved his work. First saw him on-line and was impressed he was still at it and going strong. I was deeply saddened by his passing but happy to see his family will always have fond memories. He will be missed but never forgotten.

One of the very first times I met Greg, I was a young girl, my grandmother was working for him, I believe in the 80's. He was a fabulous artist, he drew us in one of his Christmas books. RIP Greg.

I remember my first meeting with Greg. It was in the house on Beverwyck Road in Parsippany. When I walked into the room where he was painting there were peanut shells all over the floor. I asked him if he had an elephant somewhere in the room. He gave a small chuckle and that's when I knew he was a real gentleman since that was a corny question and he laughed at it. RIP dear, sweet Greg. I will always think of you fondly and with love.

I didnt know him personally just through his art. It is awe inspiring. He will live on through all of it. For everyone who has seen his masterpieces has seen into his heart, and it is full of love, care, and devotion.
