Uncle Greg was inspirational and is missed. Hard to believe he is gone, along with so many more, for 9 years now. Time flies by. We will all see each other and be together again one day. Keeping good memories of Uncle Greg at this time.

We miss Uncle Greg. He used to take daily walks around Lakeside Village and West Portal (where my office is located). He used to find lots of coins on the ground that people would drop when they were paying the parking meters. He put them in a big container at home. I thank Uncle Greg now because, since he has been gone, I have been finding more change on the ground up and down the street. Now my loose change container at my home is getting very full. HA. Somewhere, he is laughing now and getting a kick out of this story. He was a very positive influence on many people, including his family members, and lived a good positive uplifting productive and happy life. Good memories and good thoughts abound.

It is hard to believe Uncle Greg has been gone for 6 years. Time goes by quickly, but the memories of him live on. He had a wonderful impact on many friends and family members and will not be forgotten. Remembering his singing, his humor, and his love of family and friends.

Dearest Mary and family,
Will certainly miss Greg (Gero Demo), our joke, with the twinkle in his eye. His resounding Baritone/Bass voice, his laughter and twinkle in his eyes. Greg was all things for all people. His love of his family always came first, and then it extended to all of his friends. Many years, many memories that we have shared. Memory eternal dear Greg. Until we meet again.
Bess (Bessie, as he called me.)

Dear Mary, Greg Jr., Stephanie, Cindy and family,

Bill and I just returned today from a small trip and found the e-mail from the Church Music Federation about Greg Sr's passing. We were so saddened and shocked to hear this news. Had we known about his funeral prior to our trip, we would have cancelled the trip and driven up to San Francisco. Greg was such a delight to know--he had such a marvelous singing voice and it was always a joy for Mary to sing in the various choirs with him. He will truly be missed. May you find comfort in your wonderful memories of him--eonia i mnimi tou.

Dear Mary

I am so sorry to hear of Gregs passing. Im sorry I was unable to attend the Trisagian tonight as I had another service to attend. Life is eternal and I know Gregs is. He will be truly missed in our church. I will always remember him singing the Greek National Anthem during the Greek Independence Day celebration. I am sure he is resting in peace.

Uncle Greg:
You were a fine person, a wonderful role model, a mentor, a terrific singer, a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, a generous giver to the community and the church, an interested friend, and a helpful, caring, and supportive uncle. We will miss you. But we rejoice in your life and legacy and wish you eternal peace and happiness where you are now in Heaven with those who loved you in life and with God.

Dear Mary and Gregory Jr, and Family. We have know your beloved husband and father for many years. He was a very pleasant person. Having sung with Gregory in the Annunciation Cathedral choir, it is well known that his singing is lengendary in the Bay Area. May God confort all of you at this time and May Gregory's memory be eternal. Zoi se mas.
