She was my favorite she was my great grandma and one of my favorite memories of her is when before me and my dad would go to the father daughter ball we would stop by grandma Gretchen‘s grandma GG but whenever she gave me the corsage I’d always cannot pronounce it and called it a croissant

To Gretchen's family, my sincere condolences. Gretchen Stricker was like a second mom to me when I was a young girl. Her daughter Bridget was one of my best friends. Gretchen and my mom became friends and later in life, neighbors. Gretchen and my mom were a lot a like - they both opened their homes to all their children's friends and treated them like their own. Gretchen had a heart of gold and ready advice when needed. May she rest in peace.
