I saw this obituary and couldn't believe it was our dear Anne. Our friendship began back in the 1970s at Cokesbury UMC. What a precious person she was. Jerry, Jeffrey, Matthew, Patrick, and Mike, I am so sorry that I have just learned of this. Your loss is enormous and your lives will never be the same. I pray each of you can find comfort in the many happy memories you have. I love each of you.

I can barely do this without melting into a puddle of tears. How does one honor their mother who was also one of their best friends, life guide, mentor, spiritual leader, and reason for existing? You continue to treat others as she taught you too by respecting your elders, using manners, caring for those who cannot care for themselves, caring for animals, loving God and all of his creation. If Heaven was ever able to improve, it did so when it added you to that family. Words do not exist to express how much I love you and appreciate everything you did for me!

I went to Corinth Baptist Church for several years and made friends with this lovely lady. I haven't spoken to her in a while and this breaks my heart. I know that she loved the Lord and her family. My prayers are with you!

Anne was a very dear friend who I will miss greatly. We enjoyed many good times together. She was a wonderful friend and she loved our Lord and her family very much. My prayers are with Jerry and all the rest of her family.

I was in shock to learn of Anne’s untimely passing. She’s been such a sweet dear presence in our family. I have many wonderful memories of Anne’s kind and loving spirit. She was an excellent cook who loved to cook for others, loved her family, friends and fur babies so much, and to travel. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to take several trips with her including going to West Virginia to see where she and my Uncle Mike spent part of their childhood.

What a beautiful soul Anne was, sweet & gracious! She was part of my family for 50+ years, sister to my wonderful brother-in-law Mike & like a sister to Linda.. Anne loved her family & friends but she loved the Lord immensely! She touched so many lives & will be missed by everyone that knew her. Sending love & prayers to her family & friends.
