Eric Taylor Obituary
O'Fallon, MO—Eric T. Taylor passed away on November 15, 2017, at the age of 56. He graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 1979. He furthered his education at University of Illinois-Springfield where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Communication. He began a distinguished career with AT&T that led to his current position with Jacob's Engineering Group, Inc.
Eric was a loving family man. He leaves behind his wife, Linda Kay Taylor nee Johnson of O'Fallon, Mo; son, Logan Thomas Taylor of Fairview Heights, IL; three daughters, Jennifer Ann (JC) Steffen of Lincoln, IL, Tracy Ann (Elmer) Sargent of Kansas City, KS, Madison Clar Taylor of Belleville, IL; three grandsons, Cordae, Cassius, and Owen; Mother, Laverda Frances Taylor of Lincoln, IL; and sister, Debra Dee Taylor of Lincoln, IL. Eric is preceded in death by his father, Robert Stanley Taylor.
Eric has touched the hearts of many and will be dearly missed. Funeral will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11:30am at Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville, Missouri.
Visitation is Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Parkway, P.O Box 248, Wentzville, Missouri. Memorials may be made payable to Lung Cancer Foundation of America in care of Pitman Funeral Home P.O. Box 248 Wentzville, MO 63385

My sincere condolences to Eric's family. I taught at LCHS, lived on Lincoln Avenue, and knew the Taylor family. I know Eric will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to all of you.
