I had numerous opportunities to interact with the Harrigan family and it didn't take long to realize they are Hobart Icons, an insiring close knit group, and simply put...the type of people you love to be around. Chief was a great man and I can only hope his fruitful life of many accomplishments will help bring peace to the family and the community. He lived!!

Chief, you've touched lives and you'll be missed!

I did not know Cheif H. Richard Harrigan very well, but like his brother Mr. Pete Harrigan and his family (wife Patti and son Jay), they were all very supportive and kind when I decided to start a cafe business (Park Place Cafe) in their corporate building. I felt like one of their family, a rare thing today. When a positive aritcle was written on my business, Richard was the first to visit with a smile and say, 'GOOD PRESS!'. When you are struggling to fulfill a dream in business, this kind of encoragement takes you to the next level and for which I am eternally grateful.
