In Sacramento January 22, 2002. Beloved wife of John E. Mays. Loving mother of William Littlejohn (Tamara), Marcus Littlejohn (Rose), Kimberly Littlejohn and Leslie Johnson. Caring daughter of Clotil Young. Sister of Chester Young Jr. (Juanita), Charles Young (Patricia), Diana Boodram (Rick), Robert Young, Thelma Jenkins (Phillip), Debra Thomas, Sandra Thomas, Dari Young and Stanley Young (Lori). Devoted grandmother of 12. Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends. Preceded in death by father Chester (Shorty) Young Sr. Long time Sergeant-at-Arms for State Assembly, Friends may call for visitation at MORGAN JONES CHAPEL OF CHIMES , 4200 Broadway on Monday, January 28, 2002 from 3-7PM and may attend her service on Tuesday at 1:30PM at St. Jude Christian Center, 2828 33rd Street. Interment South East Lawn.
