Here i am in 2023 thinking about this man. I listen to 3-4 archived radio shows per day on my commute to and from work. I was saved in my work truck some time back in the early 2000s when i found Hank. Because of him I understood salvation and my kids will also go to heaven because of I understood his clear message and shared it with my children. I met him once by sitting in on a radio show, and again for the Christmas sundown service. I purchased a bible from the resource center and i will never forget speaking with him. For all this i am eternally grateful and i cant wait to see his mansion, all of his crowns, and shake his hand one day.

Immense sadness, yet joy, knowing Hank has gone home to be with the Lord. Nothing but the highest level of respect and admiration for Hank. It will always be my privilege, and God's blessing on me, to have known Hank through the Tampa Youth Ranch and Calvary Community Church from about '70-'74 before I joined the Army and left Tampa. A great spiritual leader and teacher of young men and women. Nothing but great memories from a great man of God. Every time I pick up my guitar I reminisce about the privilege of playing guitar with him every Thursday night at Ranch back then. He was a major influence in my life and he will be missed.

I became a believe under Hank Lindstrom's teaching as a youth as I attended Tampa Youth Ranch. He made the Bible real. Hank baptized me and my entire family, and he married me. I just found some old cassette tapes of his teaching and it made me look him up. I was blessed thru his ministries.

Hank, I still think about you often and especially when I pass by George Road and the Village Inn On Hillsborough Ave. Saw you there many times having breakfast. We had a long friendship and I will always be grateful for your simple and clear presentation of the gospel. Will never forget our trip to the HOLY Land and serving at Calvary. Loved all the clear Bible teaching and the wonderful fellowship we had with all the people at our wonderful church. Love you, Jeanette and family. will never forget you. Bon and Louie Motz

I want to thank Dr. Lindstrom for his clarification on salvation. I'm a babe in Christ and I stumbled across a YouTube video titled, "Repentance Work Study by Hank Lindstrom." Because of his guidance I trust in our Lord Jesus Christ as my Saviour.

I came to Calvary in 2004 because my uncle heard Dr. Lindstrom on Bibleline. I was just 13 years old. My uncle loved how Dr. Lindstrom was CRYSTAL CLEAR on the Gospel. He was adamant that salvation was by placing trust in Jesus Christ and His finished work. Salvation would never be by works. Once a person was saved they would be saved forever and never have to fear of hell fire again.
I met my wife through the AWANA program and Wednesday Night Dinners. I learned how to share my faith at Calvary. Dr. Hank passed away when I was 17 years old. His faithfulness allowed Calvary to be a shining light in my life. I went to summer camps for many many years. Each time I was fully paid for by someone in Dr. Lindstrom's ministry. In 2011 I got married and decided to serve the Lord with every day I have left. 2012 was the year I took over Tampa Youth Ranch as the Youth Director. I graduated from FBCT in 2017 and was ordained as a Pastor on the same stage that Dr. Lindstrom remained faithful for so many years. And now I the Youth Pastor at Calvary Community Church.
Thank you, Dr. Hank. I didn't know you personally but I am a product of your faithfulness to the Lord. You were a Bible teacher like no other. But you were also a Master Soul Winner.

I miss Dr. Lindstrom so much. I can't believe next year will be ten years since his passing. I loved learning from him at church and on the radio. He was a wise and kind man with a great ability to make us laugh at his funny stories. He got the gospel right and explained it clearly. I am so blessed to have known him.

When I first moved to Tampa I was introduced to Hank through his bibleline show. I was a listener when it was only 15 minutes. Years later when it was an hour I decided to actually visit what he called the Book store that the receptionist joked with him about. I purchased a leather bound bible that day and committed to attending a bible study and afterwards started attending Sunday service. I truly never felt like I was at church but a part of "the church." I would eventually move right next to the church so services became a walking distance a way. When he passed I was listening to 570 a.m. and I almost knew intuitively that he was gone. With his passing I lost a friend, brother, and a Pastor. I still miss him to this day and today makes 9 years since my life began to be tested.

I just found out that Hank past into the presence of the Lord in 2008. I trust that our Lord continues to give comfort and encouragement to Jeanette and family. We were blessed to be part of the founding of Calvary and to be supported by the church during our years in Guatemala. I trust God's blessing for you.

Because of you Hank, I was able to get a clear message of salvation, then I was able to teach my wife how we cannot lose it once we have it. Now our children are saved and it was all thanks to God for helping me find you. I hope he blessed you richly up there. I am glad I got to meet you before your time was up, here on earth.

Although it will soon be six years since Dr. Lindstrom left us to be with the LORD, I pray his family is encouraged and strengthened by the legacy he left here on Earth. And how his work, teachings and ministry is still active and doing God's work to this date.
We will always remember him as our first Bible Teacher. Even though it was through the radio, his teachings was what gave us a solid foundation in our young Christian walk - and his wisdom and clarity is something we continue to go to and share with others.
May GOD bless you always.

I came to know the Lord through Dr. Lindstrom's Good News from Calvary radio program in February, 1980. My husband and I then joined Calvary Community Church and enrolled as students at Tampa Bay Bible College. Because of Dr. Lindstrom's ministry and teachings, we became on fire evangelists and led many to the Lord, including my husband's parents and hundreds in Russia through door-to-door evangelism. His tools for winning souls are still the most effective we have ever seen. We just recently learned of his going to be with the Lord and although deeply saddened, we are glad that he is rejoicing in the presence of the Lord and very glad to see that "Yankee" is carrying on his ministry at Calvary Community. Dr. Lindstrom forever changed our lives and we will be forever grateful for his faithful evangelistic ministry and sticking with the simple truth of "for by grace only..".

To the family of Dr. Hank,
Our Christian radio station in Denver, KLTT, has just started carrying Dr. Hank's teachings. I am SO grateful for them, and the gentle but scholarly way that Dr. Hank explains the Bible.
I was shocked to learn of his passing - he sounds so vibrant and energetic on the radio. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you as his family. I believe Dr. Hank and I were about the same age (I was born in 1940) and I also studied science, though not engineering (actually biology and chemistry). So there is an additional sense of kinship there. Praise the Lord that his wonderful messages can continue to reach out over radio. May God comfort you greatly in your loss, and give you great hope that you will see him soon. (Rosh HaShanah is coming!)

Dr. Hank,
I was so happy to find BIBLELINE ministry on Direct TV on Thursday nights. My brother enjoyed watching Hank, and was saddened when he learned about his death. We both appreciated how Hank held his Scofield Bible up to the camera and taught the passage plainly and simply. No fanfare or gimmicks, just the simple truth from Scripture and the simple gospel. We miss you, but see you in heaven.

DR. HANK WAS THE ONLY TEACHER OF THE BIBLE THAT I EVER HAD THE PRIVILGE TO BE TAUGHT BY. I'M JUST SORRY THAT I FOUND HIM SO LATE IN LIFE, I DIDN'T LEARN ENOUGH FROM HIM. HE WAS THE ONLY TEACHER,(NOT A PREACHER THAT NEVER OPENS THE BIBLE AT THE SERVICE). HE ALWAYS KEPT US ON THE SAME PAGE,NEVER LOST ANYONE. WISH THERE WOULD BE ANOTHER COME ALONG, BUT NO ONE WILL EVER REPLACE HANK LINDSTROM, GOD HAS BLESSED HIM AND NOW HAS HIM, AND HANK IS SAYING TOLD YOU SO, SO COME AND FOLLOW THE WORD,STUDY AND SPEAK OF THE SALVATION THROUGH JESUS. I WILL MISS HIS JOKES,(IF YOU KNOW) 50 BUCKS IS 50 BUCKS,LOVE THAT ONE.ONE REQUEST NEVER EVER EVER TAKE HIM OFF BIBLE LINE I WATCH ALL THE TIME, THE ARCIVE. WITH LOVE AND SYMPATHY TO ALL THAT MISS HIM NOW, AND FOR THOSE WHO NEVER HEARD. I ADDED THE BIBLE LINE TO MY FACEBOOK AND HE IS STILL HELPING OTHERS. GOD BLESS THIS WORLD

Because HE Lives, we know Hank lives. His mission to spread the Truth of The Gospel all over the world, unwatered down and direct from the Bible, was inspiring to say the least.
Not only did Hank deliver the purest and simplest gospel message of the Finished Work of Jesus Christ, but, he also opened the eyes of his students to the revealed truth of the prophets of the bible and many, many other lessons the bible has to offer.
My biggest regret is that I am without the "Go to Guy" for any question that I had regarding the Bible.
In the beginning that was my biggest regret, he was one person I knew had the answers. I was disappointed that God had taken him, even though I knew "he was in a much better place". Then finally it dawned on me. God, through Hank, had given many, many of us tools to use to help others come to the Saving Knowledge of Jesus Christ and Hank's simple example of telling everyone that would listen while we are sinners, God loved us so much that JESUS sacrificed HIS LIFE to pay the penalty for all of our sins; past, present and future and by simply placing our trust in HIS Finished Work on the Cross we are thus assured of Eternal Life.
Hank was the most well versed preacher I have had the pleasure to hear and visit with. He has left a treasure of writings and recordings available on his website and in his library, along with the simple Gospel Message that I and others can pass on to others I believe that God intended for us to take the knowledge Hank gave us, share it with others that still have not been reached by the True simple Gospel Message. He has taught all of us to do that over and over again.
Although Hank had invited me to many more classes than I attended, for one reason or another I did not attend as many as I could have.
But since Hank is now with the LORD,
I have finally started listening to some great classes of his on CD, in particular the Prophetic Books of Daniel and Revelation which he makes so easy to understand and as he said we are seeing in the news today what was predicted to happen many many years ago.
Hank would say that there are people in our families, friends, business or in general daily contact, that would be receptive to hear the Gospel Message from each one of us, if we are but willing to share it. Maybe you feel the same way.
Looking forward to seeing my good friend Hank again. KEEP LOOKING UP!

I just learned of Hank's passing. He was a dear soul.
What I found compelling about him was that as an Electrical Engineer he could have pressed forward with a guaranteed lucrative career option. He chose the Lord as his life's work. His was a pure and truthful pursuit.

I just tuned into the radio after many months off and discovered (2/10/09) that Pastor Hank has gone to be with the Lord. I learned SO MUCH from his teaching. He was so consistent, honest & respectful of his callers especially when they didn't understand the Word. I thank the Lord for the time I was able to learn from Pastor Hank. My prayers are for his family. You will see him again and I will happily meet him for the first time.

I started listening to Dr. Hank's 15 minute radio show in 1980. For 2 years he talked while I drove to work. Then I visited his church and attended TBC Bible College. A fellow student asked him what we should call him. He said Hank was fine. But she said it didn't sound respectful enough and she started to call him Dr. Hank! He was the most consistant christian I have ever known. Looking forward to seeing him, his wonderful family and all of my "brothers and sisters" someday!

What a blessing Pastor Hank has been to my wife and I! We found him on a little Christian AM radio station here in southcentral Michigan a couple of years ago, listening to him as we drove home from our dialysis treatments. What a clear and simple proclamation of the gospel - we will sorely miss him, but rejoice in his Homegoing. To Pastor Hank's family, we thank you for sharing him with us; you have no idea how much we have grown to love him as our second pastor and teacher "from afar"! Praise be to GOD! May Jesus Christ be praised! What a blessing it will be to "revisit" Pastor Hank on the web.

Hank Lindstrom performed our wedding cermony for us 15 years ago on December 4th. He loved the Lord and gave his whole life toward sharing Jesus and salvation with others. We have never met anyone who worked as much as he did. At our wedding he gave an invitation message and 6 professed that they were saved that day. He IS a special man. We envy him that he is with Jesus tonight. We love him and will miss him. Our sympathy and prayers are with his wife and daughter.

I will truly miss Dr. Hank. I know that he is with the Lord and I will see him very soon. I have many fond memories of Dr. Hank and his teachings. I don't think that I will ever meet anyone who knew the Bible like he did and was able to touch so many with his ministry. These are some of my favorite things that I remember fondly about Dr. Hank.
10. "Let's do Rapture practice"
9. How he loved the Gators.
8. "I am not setting a date, but I beleive it will be very soon."
7."Your works are like filthy rags, it won't guarentee your salvation, only one thing can"
6. "Once you have your salvation, you can't lose it: you are stuck with it"
5. His corny jokes before Sunday's sermon.
4. "if you don't know what to bring (for 3rd Sunday) bring chicken.
3. The shortness of his food blessing prayer before 3rd Sunday ,
2." you can be baptized, homogenized, pastuerized and simonized but not saved".
1." The Bible says it; I believe it and that settles it".
Anyone who had any contact with Dr. Hank knew how specal he was and he made YOU feel special as well. I thank God daily that I got to know Dr. Hank.

Like my brother, Joe, I want to extend my sympathy to all the family. I share all of the same wonderful memories of the Lindstrom family (as my brother), including the Bible studies at their home. We had daily contact with Sandy and the entire family, either at their home or at our home, during all our time there in Miami. I had wonderful times of fellowship with Sandy even later at the Ranch and church camp in Boca. My friendship and contact continued with Sandy until her Homegoing. Our lives were molded and blessed by the wonderful friendship and love of Sandy and the entire Lindstrom family. Love and prayers to you all. Blessings,

I want to express my sympathy for your loss, and my joy in knowing where Dr. Hank is now. As a child I was best friends with Henry's sister Sandy. In 1962, when I was 12, Sandy invited to a weekly summer Bible study at their house. Maargaret and Richard were there, too. I was raised in the Methodist church by an evangelical Dad, who had worked for Hank's Dad at Burdines in his younger years. Hank explained the gospel my first night. I went home and asked my Dad some questions. The next week I came back and followed Hank in praying to put my faith in Jesus Christ. The key verses that night were Ephesians 2:8-9. A funny memory is that, when our heads were bowed in prayer, Hank asked those who had prayed with him to raise their hands so he could see them and promise to pray for them. I raised mine and he would say, "God bless you" to each one. He said it several times and I was afraid that he didn't see mine. I raised it again and he said, "I saw your hand, God bless you." I felt embarrassed in that moment, but through my life would laugh to myself about it. Thank you Hank, Sandy, and the Lindstrom family!

I was so shocked to hear of Hank's passing, but also rejoicing, for I know one day I will see Hank again. I first met Hank at Leto High School in the early 70's where he had a Bible club. He invited me to come to the Tampa Youth Ranch. It was AWESOME! You knew when you talked to Hank that he cared and loved you. He didn't care what you looked like or where you came from. He accepted you no matter what. I know he did me. As we get older our lives drift apart, but, Hank's memories have never left me. I've told my kids of the Tampa Youth Ranch and about Hank and Jeanette. Today my husband and I attend a church where we are over the Children's Church ministry and I've just started teaching the teen class. I use the hand jesture to explain salvation to the kids and teens. Hank will always be in my memories and I thank God for him. Jeanette you and your family will be in my prayers. Thanks to you and Hank for giving to the Lord! May God bless you and comfort you at this time

Dear Ms. Lindstrom:
I am very sorry for your loss. I grow up in your church, attended youth ranch, grow up with your son before his untimely death ( a young man also taken to soon), my children attended the church (sunday school) and 33 years later Dr. Lindstrom married my husband and I 4 years ago. I have a lot of memories with Dr. Lindstrom and he will be truly missed.
May God be with you through these hard times.

Dear Jeanette and family,
I was saddened to hear that Hank had gone to be with the Lord, yet blessed that he can be face to face with our Savior and King. Hank and you had a big part in my early Christian life as counselor, Friend, Professor, Supporter, and mentor. I loved playing the Tub at ranch and cherish the news paper article of those early ranch days. I miss being with the family on NW 79St and finding all sorts of things stuffed in my guitar amplifier that were put there as a joke to turn my face red at ranch. Ask his little sister about that, ha. I remember the big pink grapefruit tree at Hank's mom and dad's house. Funny how those old memories come up. I love you and will miss Hank even though I have not seen you all in such a long time. With deepest love In Christ our Savior,

I was so saddened to hear about Pastor Hank. I attended his downtown Bible study for about 30 years. I was so impressed with his ability to quote scripture. It was like he had the entire Bible memorized. He taught us well and I'm so grateful for having been under his teaching. My sympathy to his family and church family.

Dear Lindstrom Family, and Friends,
Those most beautiful words, "Well done, good and faithful servant..." most surely define Dr. Hank Lindstrom and he has now been welcomed into the joy of the LORD. To his wife, children and relatives, and his closest friends, I offer my sincere condolences. How sadly this shepherd will be missed by his church family. Though I never met him, I too share in the loss of this dear man and mourn with all who loved him and followed his ministry. I first learned of Hank Lindstrom and Bibleline through my son Tom in Richmond, VA who has learned so much from Hank and who considers Hank as his much loved spiritual mentor. From Hank, I first learned the simplicity of the salvation message and I learned discernment from his teachings on TV, online, and on CDs. I came to the TRUTH after living over 50 years in a stifling, religion of deceit and bondage. I was free when I was born again and now being in Christ Jesus, I was under no condemnation, the old had passed away and I was truly a new creation, sure of my salvation and that I was heaven bound. There was no going back to Egypt and that religion of dead works. Praise God and thank God for Hank Lindstrom, who was God's vessel and obedient in sharing the salvation message and teaching us how to rightly divide the Word of God. When the day comes for me to be called home and enter into my rest, I know that I will meet and then thank Hank, and I wonder now at the millions of others who will also thank Hank in heaven for leading them to salvation. I want to thank all who have shared in this guest book their memories of Hank and their loving tributes to him and what he has meant to them. We all learned to love the Word and the Jesus Hank loved so much. Hank's legacy should be for us to carry on his clear and simple salvation message to the lost and to share the bible, God's love letter, with them. Soul winning is what we are all called to do in the great commission, but a tribute that we give to also honor Hank's memory.
Peace and Love to All,

I remember in one of Hank's PE classes at TBC a statement that I have never forgotten, "The clearer you make the gospel the more people you will lead to Christ." There is no one that I know of, who could make it clearer or was unashamed to proclaim it as loud and clear as Hank. The body of Christ has truly lost one of its greatest soul winners.
Jeanette we are praying for you and asking the Lord to uphold you at this time.

Dear Jeanette,
I was just remembering you and Hank singing at one of our church picnics. The words were "I can see Him in the lightning, hear Him in the thunder and feel Him in the rain. My Lord is near me all the time. My Lord is near me all the time. I don't hear that song too much these days but every time I did hear it or think about it, I think of you two. I often sang that song to my sons and I would tell them about you and Hank and how God used you in my life.
I will NEVER forget and will ALWAYS be grateful for the simple gospel message I first heard from Hank. It was my first Thursday night at youth ranch while listening to Hank explaining how Jesus Christ paid for all of my sins and if I simply believed Jesus paid for all my sins, past, present and future, totally trusting, totally relying on Jesus - not me or anything else; based on God's word I could KNOW I would have eternal life. It was from that bible study that I learned that I could not save myself. I had thought for a long time that going to heaven somehow depended at least a little bit on me and I knew I did not measure up and even if I thought I did sometimes, I could never be sure if my efforts would be good enough. What a RELIEF when I learned that Jesus paid the WHOLE price for me. After receiving the assurance of my salvation, I was so excited to grow and serve my wonderful Savior. I couldn't wait to tell others so they wouldn't have to be confused like I once was. I am still excited about proclaiming the good news!
You and Hank taught us teens so much. It was a wonderful time of learning and growing for me.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
Jeanette, I love you and realize your support for the ministry, your love for us and your confidence in our Lord has BLESSED me and hundreds more. God bless you!!
I will keep you, Melissa, and your family in my prayers.

Dear Jeanette,
You and Hank have meant so much to me. He came to Zephyrhills and led me to the Lord (how can I express my gratitude adequately for that), and you may not even remember encouraging me to go to FBC at a retreat.
My life changed wondrously because of the influence of both of you. I can't thank you enough.
My husband, Dean, and I continue in the ministry as a result of your ministry. When we all get to Heaven we will see the results of your and Hank's faithfulness!

Jeanette and family;
Although I did not know Hank well, his family was a great influence on me as a new believer in 1966.
His sister Sandy took me to Ranch and Grove Church every week, and influenced me to go to FBC, and learn more about what Jesus had done for me.
More recently I had discovered the Bibleline radio program while traveling through Tampa and really enjoyed the clarity of Hank's answers to callers questions.
You are in our prayers at this time.
God bless you.

My deepest sympathy to Jeanette and the rest of the family. I am so grateful for Hank's ministry. Back in 1970, I had been attending West Coast Youth Ranch in St. Pete. Many people shared the Gospel with me, but it wasn't until I heard Hank speak on the Rapture at Easter Camp that I really understand my need for Christ. That night, I accepted Christ and went on to Florida Bible College 6 months later. In recent years, Hank continued to be an encouragement to my husband, Joe and me when we became missionaries to Guyana. To God be the Glory!

I was led to the LORD through the ministry of Hank. I was so blessed to accompany him and Jeanette on a trip to the Holy Land that I will never forget. I can still hear that wonderful laugh that he had and my family and I will always remember him in a very special way. God bless you Jeanette and family. Thank you for giving to the LORD. I am a life that was changed.

Dr. Lindstrom would come to Colorado Bible Church, in Arvada, Colorado, at the invitation of our pastor Ralph Arnold. He ministered to both my wife and I whenever he opened the Word of God.

Our prayers are with you. Hank was my first pastor. Back in the 70's when we lived in Clearwater, my mom and I would drive over each Sunday to come to your church because we loved learning the scriptures from Hank, especially when he taught with such enthusiasm about the Lord's return. I still can see him in the pulpit, after teaching about how the rapture could possibly coincide with certain Jewish feasts. Then full of anticipation he would say, "Every October, I get on my toes!" And now this October, his wait is over as he's with the Lord. Hank will be missed, but how I thank the Lord for him because he was truly used of God to touch my life!

I was so sad and shocked to hear of Dr. Lindstroms passing.I expected him to be back on the air just as he always had been. I don't understand the ways God works sometimes.
Hank was a dear friend to me,although I never spoke to him in person ,I had the privilege to speak to him on the air many times.
I learned more about the Bible and how to live the christian life from Hank than anyone else in my life.I will never forget how I never heard him lose his temper with a caller, or get frustrated having to tell the callers to turn down their radios so they could hear him,or answering the same questions over and over again.
Hank truely was a vessle of honor that we can all learn from.
He taught me how to rightly divide the Word Of Truth, and more than that how to love it.
I pray that God would work half as powerfully in me as he worked in Hank.
I also prayed that God would raise up a Joshua to replace this Moses, then it occured to me that maybe He would raise up thousands of Joshuas. It is time to be strong and courageous for the Lord.Time is short, the fields are white, the Lord is at the door.
I love you Hank,I'll see you in Heaven,
Tom

I thank God for the ministry of Hank Lindstrom. He led me to understand the simple, amazing and incredible story of salvation back in 1967 at a water skiing party when I was in Jr. High. Life was never the same again! He taught me how to study the Bible and reach out to others with that same message. I look forward to our reunion in heaven someday!

Jeanette,
Shirley and I want to express our deepest sympathy to you and your family in Hank's home-going. Over the many years and while distances apart, memories of you two are sweet. It is a joy to know that someday we will all meet again in Heaven and rejoice along with Hank in our glorious LORD'S presence.

Hank led me to the Lord when I was 15 years old at the Tampa Youth Ranch. I had always been to church but didn't have any assurance of my salvation until that night. He showed me I John 5:13 and I've been sure of my salvation ever since. Hank also was very influential in my Christian life. I graduated from FBC and after spending 2 years working at a church in Chicago, came back to Tampa and had the joy of working with him for the next 10 years. Hank is my spiritual father and the greatest Christian influence in my life. Even in his death he is still encouraging me to be even more faithful in sharing the gospel. Thank you, Hank. I too am forever grateful. Jeanette and Melissa, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. We love you.

I have been a regular listener to Bibleline for more than 5 years. It made my day to go online when I got home to see that the MP3 for that day's broadcast was available. He was so much a part of my life. I, too, considered him my spiritual father. I thought I was fine last Friday and happened to be in the car at 10 am when he came on the radio. I realized how much I miss him. I considered him to be my Pastor.
We visited Calvary several times and I always came away feeling that Jesus would like that church. It is beautiful in its simplicity. It's all about the Word. Pastor Lindstrom was so personable, going all around the sanctuary before the service visiting with everyone--those he knew and visitors as well. He seemed to genuinely enjoy what he was doing.
Pastor Hank was the finest example I've ever seen of someone whose passion was to see the lost come to Christ. As far as I know, he didn't care about the bigger car, house, etc. He had a true servant's heart.
Thank you, Jeanette, for sharing him with all of us!
I learned so much doctrine that it made me realize how bankrupt the church we are attending is. Dr. Lindstrom said that the best way to spot counterfeit money is to study the genuine thing. It's the same with Bible doctrine. While studying under Pastor Hank, I became more equipped to spot false teaching in my church and elsewhere.
I know that he would want all of us to carry on what he began. Keep studying so you can "be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear" 1Peter 3:15
Hopefully, the website will remain because there is so much there we can all draw on to help us in our studies.
Thank you, Lord, for Pasor Hank's life, until we meet again...

I was 6 years old when I met Hank; my parents regularly attended his church from 1977 - 1996. Calvary Community Church was and is so special to me. I attended Vacation Bible School, camp, his youth group at the church and at his house in South Tampa. I was dedicated to the Lord at age 6 and baptized by Hank when I was 12. I love Hank and I will miss him very much. He is such a special man! I remember him say , "...And now with every head bowed and with every eye closed ... ask yourself where will you spend eternity ...?" "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." Ps. 116:15. I love you Hank and I look forward to seeing you in glory. To Jeanette and Melissa : I am sorry for your loss and I will pray for you and your family.

I didn't know Hank personally. But many years ago...... I saw him many times, I heard him speak at many camps, I saw the response to his message, I saw how his peers respected him, and I met the "kids" from his ministry who reached out to me from Cape Cod, MA who had never been to a Ranch before never mind to Florida Bible College. No, I never met him, but I can honestly say... I knew him well.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Pastor Hank's family. May God bless and comfort you.
We didn't know him personally, but we listened daily to Bibleline and he had become a big part of our lives.
We learned the truth about the gospel through listening to him.
We have visited Calvary Community Church and had the privilege of meeting Pastor Hank and his wife.
His passing is a great loss to so many.

Hank led me to trust Christ as my savior. We must all carry on his work - he would want that. Hank inspired me to write a book about salvation, it will be published by Xulon Press hopefully by January or February. I urge everyone to put into practice what he taught us. To "Mike" at Bibleline, thank you so much for being my go-between to Hank while he was so busy. You're going to be ok, friend. Bless you all, and with God's Help let's carry on the work of leading people to Christ.

I first heard of Dr. Hank about 3 years ago when I was working a job that allowed me to listen to the radio during the day. I was raised a Christian in a Christian home and accepted Christ as my savior around age 15, but had been the classic "backslider" during most of my adult life and didn't understand most Bible doctrine as I now do today thanks to Hank, nor did I possess the enthusiasm for God’s word then as I do now. Hank and I also share a strong interest in Bible prophecy and I learned much from him that I didn't know before. (The Bible is 25% prophecy for a reason.) I was searching for a church where the real unvarnished TRUTH -straight from God's Word, not man's faulty interpretation, was taught. There is so much apostasy in many churches today and I wanted to avoid it like the plague. I wanted a Bible lesson, not a feel-good, health, wealth and prosperity message. I wanted to learn more about my Savior, and come to a deeper relationship with Him and understanding of His will for my life, especially since God, through various life-threatening circumstances, had obviously kept me alive for His greater purpose, when I could just as well have been the one being laid to rest. After listening to Bibleline for a couple of weeks, I knew this was the church for me. My girlfriend and I started attending together (she was searching too) and we have hardly missed a Sunday since and both become active in the church. Sunday attendance became the highlight of our week. Seven months ago I felt a strong calling by the Holy Spirit to leave my job and volunteer in the church office for Dr. Lindstrom in order to answer his call that he had put out for help in technical areas the church needed help in that were skill areas of mine. I have been so honored and privileged to have been a daily close associate of Hank's during this time. He is like a second father to me and is my spiritual leader. While the pain of our temporary separation will hurt for awhile, I know that we will once again work together to advance God's plans for the future Millennium to come. I’ll be happy to take his lead then as well. In the meantime, I think I'm going to make a poster for the church office wall with Hank's picture, and underneath print in large calligraphy letters, W.W.H.L.D? Being a take on the well known W.W.J.D, this version becomes, What Would Hank Lindstrom Do? I'm sure it would serve us in the office well as we sort out snd perform our duties the way pastor would until Christ returns for us.

Hank Lindstrom was truly a Champion of the Gospel for our Lord. He gained a great understanding of the gospel at an early age and remained faithful to it all his life. He had a continual passion for souls and lived with one primary purpose in mind -- to rescue the perishing! He recognized that the way to do this was to train others to join him in fulfilling the Great Commission. He taught as few others have and made use of our modern technology to gain an entrance into homes and the minds of individuals in need. We praise God for having given us Hank for so many years. More than 38 years ago, he opened my wife's eyes and mind when she, as a young teen, attended his Ranch meeting. She has never been the same since and what she received from Hank, she has passed on to hundreds of others herself. We shall look forward to our reunion with him in the near future. We are excited that he has now joined some of our loved ones who went on before us.

Although we did not personally know Dr. Lindstrom, our son worked closely with him, and Dr. Lindstrom had a great influence on bringing him to a personal relationship with Christ and the church. Dr. Lindstrom obviously was a Biblical scholar as well as a true servant of God and Christ. He had a profound influence for good on our son and, we are sure, on others whose lives he touched.

I attended the Tampa Youth Ranch weekly under the leadership of Hank Lindstrom. He, Fred Bishoff and Ray Sanford set the spiritual foundation for the rest of my life. That was more years ago than I want to count. I was blessed to attend Calvary Community Church where my mother and my husband were saved and my daughter was raised with the Gospel as Hank taught it. He was an awesome servant of God and we are looking forward to seeing him again in Heaven.

My husband and I cannot express the heartfelt gratitude that we feel for God finally leading us to Pastor Hanks's ministry. When I say it was a long journey...I mean it. For 8 years we attended another church that we thought was teaching the gospel. After 8 years of feeling like I needed to say the "sinner's prayer" over and over, my husband bought me a book by Erwin Lutzer to "help me with my problem". It was after reading that book and then doing numerous searches online that I found Pastor Hank. Then, not only did the gospel message finally make sense to me, it also made sense to my husband who was "trying to do the right thing" but we were really mixing grace with works. Grace + works = NO SALVATION! Pastor Hank had a wonderful and simplistic way of explaining this and we loved how he backed everything up with scripture and rightly dividing the word of truth. Thank God! We also have 3 daughters and we are now able to minister to them effectively. Our oldest two daugthers seem to understand and accept Jesus as their only way to heaven (they are 7 and 3) and we pray that our youngest will do the same...especially now that we are solid in our beliefs. We are so blessed to have been under the instruction of Pastor Hank and we are forever grateful for the impact he has made on our family. My only hope is that we have the courage and strength to witness to everyone that we can the same way that he did. Our family hopes to honor his ministry that way and also to win the race and receive praise from our King! We can't wait to see you in heaven, Pastor Hank. We love you and miss you!

Hank was my spiritual father. He led me to the Lord in 1974 at Tampa Youth Ranch Bible Study. I was a member of Calvary Community Church for many years. Because of Hank's faithfulness to the Gospel, like me, many have heard of Jesus' sacrifice for our sins on the cross and now can say they know they have eternal life. (I John 5:13 - the guarantee verse.) I thank the Lord for using Hank as His tool all these years and praise God that one day we will be with Jesus and Hank in Heaven. It's a sad time for us because we miss him but it's a glorious rejoicing time in Heaven!

Although I left Florida twenty-six years ago, Calvary Community will always be my home, because I was saved as a result of Hank’s ministry on December 19th, 1979. Steve Coney invited me and other Fringe Facts employees to a luncheon. There, Hank explained to all present how to know for sure that they would go to heaven: by faith only, in Him only! Praise God, the Holy Spirit opened my eyes, and I received Jesus as my personal Savior right then and there. Steve, Hank, and my Calvary Community family are the first people I will look for when I reach heaven. I keep Hank’s old newsletters and dozens of taped messages. I watch the news and “look up… for my redemption draweth nigh!”
Jeanette and Melissa, we are all praying for you. Thank you for sharing Hank with the rest of us!

20 years ago I was privileged to learn of a downtown bible study that Dr. Lindstrom taught faithfully until his homegoing. Even though we had to move locations several times, he never thought of giving it up. I will be eternally grateful for the many biblical truths I learned during these lunchtime studies. Thank you Pastor Hank for your faithfulness to yet another of your many outreach ministries.

I came across the radio ministry when my husband and I were visiting Tampa from St Augustine,FL,over a year ago.I was searching for a Christian station in our Hotel room, when I heard Dr.Hank's voice answering questions on his radio program.I liked his teachings, called his office ,took my family later to visit the church;he was there and was very gracious to visit with us.Then we started to listen online on my laptop from anywhere we traveled.Whenever we come to Tampa ,we turn on 570AM ,he was our companion as we reached our destination.Dr Lindstrom will be sorely missed. It was a shock to us.Please continue with the internet ministry. Our condolonces to his wonderful wife and family.Hanaa Bishai

6 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing. (2 Timothy 5:6-8)
Dr. Lindstrom was such a devoted and faithful servant for God's purposes here on earth. Though the pain of his loss is difficult to bear, smile knowing of the many he touched and now have assurance of eternal life.

Dr. Lindstrom was the finest example of living a life obedient to the Lord. Isn't it amazing what one man can do when he faithfully follows the path the Lord chose for him? For some time to come there will be many tears but tears of joy for him. He will be greatly missed and there will be a tremendous void. However, we all must remember how he ended each Bibleline broadcast, "Keep looking up, Jesus is coming."

Our life on earth is but "A vapor" compared to all of eternity!! Time sure has flown. Doesn't seem possible that it has been 36 years since my entire family trusted Christ through the ministries of Calvary Community Church and the Tampa Youth Ranch!! I remember the many fun times we had as teens: everything from the intertubing trips to Rainbow Springs...selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts on Saturdays ($1.00: .50 cents to Youth Ranch for camps)...many great Bible Camps in N Tampa and trips to Hollywood FL to the FL Bible College. Thank God for the CLARITY of the Gospel!! How many souls have been saved through this man and the many he led to the Lord!! Hank encouraged so many of us to attend FBC. I have lived in 4 different states through the years. No Clearer message I have heard since attending the ministries through FBC. I look forward to seeing Hank and so many others SOON!! Hank. my grandmother and many others have "beat us" to the best place to be living: HEAVEN!! I look forward to seeing them and The One who died for our sins and Gives Us Eternal Life Through Our Faith in the Blood of Jesus!!! Cindy Glenzer Kuhnel, Laurens, South Carolina
