Mom would send her condolences to Clara, her sister, if she could. Due to mom's dementia, she is unable to speak for herself due to memory loss, etc., so on her behalf I would like to extend our sympathies to our extended family on behalf of Edith Petzoldt and all of her family members. Mom would share fond memories of each visit that she had with Sam and her sister each time she visited "home." in the past, she would surely be sad and miss Sam very much.

Our condolences on the passing of Sam. He was one of the best gentleman I have ever met. I have very fond memories of fishing with him and Greg. To have spent time with Sam on the water has meant so much to me. I always made time to sit with Sam and the "Boys" while they stopped for their coffee at the SS in Digby. Wish I could be there to celebrate Sam's life. Please know that our thoughts are with you all at this time.

When I think of you folks I think of your camping adventures with Mum and Dad and also your visits to South Mountain when Charles and I were camping there. I can picture Sam sitting beside the trailer working on gear for the next fishing seasons. Thoughts and prayers go out to you.
