Grandad a year has now passed us by without you, We all love and miss you so very much.I was sorting through my filing cabinet the other day and found our London train dayout tickets and a letter you wrote me many many years ago, I still see your face when you got in the train cab, you had to go sit down :)How I would love to be able to do that with you again and spend hours chopping some wood with you.

Well dad it's been a year, one whole painful devastating year without you. I can't believe what I witnessed on that final day of your life and to be honest it's mucked my head up. I wished I never saw the terrible ending because it haunts me and I feel so much hurt inside it's unbearable. My wonderful Dad

Thinking of you on your birthday and struggling to get through each day without you.You were the apple of my eye and i loved you so much,miss you heaps and am finding life without you just awful.I really wish i could give you a card and gifts as normal today instead of visiting your grave with flowers,it all seems so unfair and so unreal! I seem to live in my own little world at the moment,struggling to not spend hours crying for you and trying to remember the good times instead.My love for you is so strong and the longing to see you again really is hard to bear.I miss talking to you about our cats,i miss making you a fruit cake and having you round for sunday lunch and i miss having your advice whenever im not sure on something,you were a massive part of my life dad and now you have gone theres this huge gap and life just isnt the same.LOVE YOU LOTS DAD R.I.P.
