Harold DOOTSON

My condolences to family and friends. I was very sad to hear the news about Mr. Dootson's passing. He was my all time favorite teacher from the Ponoka Composite High School back in the late '60's. He sparked my interest in reading which remains to this day.

Condolences to those who knew and loved him. Mr. Dootson was my teacher at Bashaw High in the late sixties. He was a very inspiring character because he could play guitar with the best. ( and he did), but also because of the way he engaged and tried to inspire his students to strive for and not be afraid of greatness. It was a great pleasure for my family and myself to reconnect with him a few times in recent years. He will be fondly remembered.

My deepest sympathy to all of Harold's family. I remember him well and so enjoyed seeing him at the school reunion in Irma a few years ago. May he rest in peace.
