Harold D. James

Harold and Joe were close, as classmates at Vienna High and as undergrads together from 1954 to 1957.
at the U of I. They hitch hiked from Urbana-Champaign to Vienna on more than one occasion.

Joe and wife Shirley (Keltner) remained good friend with Harold and Elizabthe over the years,
exchanging Christmas newsletters and visiting one another at Buncombe and Vienna school reunions.
A few short years ago we stopped by their farm and had a nice visit.

Harold was a prince of a fellow and he and Elizabethe were a lovely couple with a lovely family. We will miss Harold acutely and offer our heartfelt condolences. to Elizabeth and family.
