He was smart, funny and he cared about his friends. We were friends from small children to adulthood. He was someone that you could listen to his preaching all day. A great preacher

Pastor Montgomery will truly be missed. He always had a word for us that was so plain even a baby could understand and he always kept it real. He reminded us that he was human and made mistakes just as we did. But it's what you do when you get up from your mistake that matters. Thank you for your leadership, teachings, and just being you. Always caring, understanding and encouraging everyone especially our young people. We love you and will always keep you in our hearts. Continue to take your rest! Prayers up for Sis. Oh how I will miss my Pastor. He always had words of wisdom and encouragement for me. He had to tell me the hard truth sometimes even when I didn't want to hear it, but I loved him for it. He was a personable and down to earth Pastor, which is rare. I loved him and will miss him. Rest easy until we meet again...
