Harpal LAIL

I only just heard of Paul's passing and would like to extend my sincere condolences to his family and friends. He was not only my first boss at the bottle depot, but a mentor of a sort, as he's the reason I invest in real estate today. He was always available to offer support and guidance and answer any questions I might have had. I admired him, as did so many.

My thoughts are with you all. The world has lost a great man.

My thoughts are with you all. I have really great memories of Paul, on the sidelines at our games and also in the office at the bottle depot. After each bottle drive, as he helped support soccer in Calgary, he would pour a wee Scotch for my dad as he handed over another cheque towards helping us reach our goal.

He was such a wonderful, generous man.

To Amy and her family I send my deep felt condolances. May God be with you on this day.

Moira and I have nothing but the fondest memories of the Lail family. We both shed a tear, said a prayer, and then began to recount all the fun times we had. Be it coaching, bottle drives, celebrations of birthdays and sweet victories, or traveling to the tournaments far and wide, Paul and Amy were genuinely great people to be with and Paul's generosity was second to none. It is a time of reflection and sadness but it is also a time to celebrate the life of a true friend and a life well lived.

To Gurpreet and family. We are so sorry to hear the news of loss of your dear father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you continually.

All of my sympathies to Jessie, Rinku and Mrs. Lail (the only way I knew Jessie's mom). Mr. Lail is someone I will always remember fondly for his generosity, sense of humor and kind heart. When you have not seen someone in 10+ years but he still comes up when talking about soccer and friends in Calgary you know he made a special mark on all of the Adams family. Our prayers are with the Lail's at this difficult time.

My condolences to Lail Family. God bless his beautiful soul. I remember when we use to play soccer together back in 80s he quite often yelled at us for not playing upto his expectation, but in the end he always hugged each of us and use to say " Agley vari appa he jitna". Always have special place in my heart for you brother..
