Harrell G. Paschall, 76, a 37-year resident of Roswell, New Mexico, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, an engineer with El Paso Natural Gas Company until his retirement in 1983, passed away at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center on Saturday, December 9, 2000, from complications of emphysema. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, 2000, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., at Ballard Funeral Home, 910 South Main Street, Roswell. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the funeral home. Services are scheduled for Thursday, December 14, 11 a.m., at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, officiated by the Rev. Rose Commodore. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, c/o Ballard Funeral Home, 910 South Main Street, Roswell, NM 88203. Arrangements entrusted to Ballard Funeral Home, Roswell, New Mexico.

Anne, Dennis, Johnny, Donnie, Paul
& Family:

I first met Harrell when I was
about 12 years old. Dennis
eventually became my brother-in-
law. I will always remember when he
told me he was on a baseball team
in Monument, NM. Jokingly, I
said, "What were you called, the
Gasers?" He seriously
replied, "Yes, as a matter of fact,
THAT was what we were called!" And
I was just kidding... He was very
loving, had a great sense of humor,
laughed a lot and always had a
smile on his face. He made a
difference!

Although I wasn't present at the
service today, you are in my
thoughts and prayers.
