I first met Harry while he was assigned to the DEA/BP Task Force, we all enjoyed working with him and the rest of the BP Agents. When we first met we realized we had something in common, we both had our roots in Yuma. We continued our friendship after he became a Special Agent with INS. He was always a gentleman and an inspiration to us all as a friend, father and investigator.
My most sincere condolences to the family.

Harry really was an amazing friend. I worked with him at Mercedes Benz for over a year, and really enjoyed every day because I knew that Harry would be there. He knew how to bring a smile to my face and left a long last impression that I will cherish forever. My deepest sympathies to his family and everyone affected by this tragic loss.

Sylvia, Hans and Aaron. I am so sorry to hear of Harry's loss for all of you. I remember Harry waiting for cakes to take in his lunch. Sylvia even though I have been gone from AZ many years I know you still have that inner strength to go another mile. Love ya .

I was stationed in Naco from 1980-1990 when I got reaquainted with Harry, a former 110th session classmate. He was always very easy to work with, in the field and in the Union. My condolences go out to the family.

I enjoyed working with Harry in TCA BP and Investigations. I loved his humor and I'll miss his friendship. It was hard to get him to talk.

Harry and Sylvia were good friends of ours when I was stationed at the USBP Station in Tucson, AZ during the early 80's. I remember Harry having an upbeat personality and a wonderful sense of humor. He was a kind and respectful person with an inner strength that friends found reassuring, but adversaries found disarming. Harry and I spent many hours working together. Off duty, we often played golf together with Ruben Vela and others, and we also enjoyed BBQ's hosted by Harry and Sylvia at their home.

RIP Harry. Our prayers are with Sylvia and all of Harry's family, that God gives them strength and comfort during this difficult period of grieving.

My deepest condolences to Harry's family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Harry at Mercedes Benz of Tucson. I was the first of few who interviewed Harry for the position at Mercedes. I grew a liking to him immediately. He was very relaxed, very personable and of course, quite jovial. He was a welcome addition to the Mercedes family.
I know he will be missed by all who knew him. RIP Harry!

My deepest condolences to Sylvia and the entire Bartfalvi family. I worked with Harry at Mercedes Benz and I am very fortunate to have him as a friend. Harry was like another grandfather to me. He always had great advice for me whenever I asked and made the work days better when he would tell me stories of his border patrol days, his family and telling me jokes that usually flew right over my head. Harry, you were truly one of a kind and you are deeply missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know you. I know you are in a much better place where you are 100% better and cancer free. Until we meet again my friend...

Sincerely,
Cecelia Saldivar
