Harry was a wonderful man, a skilled lawyer and a great supporter of the College of Law and PLEA.

Dearest Rita David Kristen Joanne and families; We are so very sorry to hear of the recent loss of your husband father and grandfather. Harry was a very special person. He was loved by all who knew him. He was a very hard worker and always set his sights very high. He was a very dear friend to all of our family. Many memorable moments with the Senger and Dahlem families. Blitz and our first dog Duchess were best friends too. Harry will be able to see them romp again. Again, our deepest sympathies from all of us. HARVEY, GAYLE, CAMERON, RYAN, JAMIE and their families. GOD BLESS YOU ALL WITH PEACE IN YOUR HEARTS!!!

Sincerest condolences. I am sure this is a very sad time, but I hope you can find some comfort in knowing how justifiably proud you can be of your husband and father. Harry had s statesman like reputation within the legal community: unfailingly correct, polite, and ethical. The kind of image that all of us would like to emulate. I think back to my days as the most junior of lawyers, Harry was already a senior partner at one of the most prestigious law firms in the province, and yet he always greeted me with the respect of an equal, when I was anything but. Harry was a great lawyer and proved you could be a perfect gentleman at the same time.

Harry will be missed greatly. He was a wonderful ambassador for our city, the German community and our profession. We were fortunate to get to know him.

I worked with Harry on the Law Foundation of Saskatchewan and in connection with various U of S projects over the years. He was a wonderful man who combined the best of personal and professional qualities: commitment, generosity, civility, wisdom and thoughtfulness.
My thoughts are with Rita, Joanne and the entire family as you (and we) remember and mourn this fine, fine man.

We have fond memories of Harry when we lived in Saskatoon. He sang at our wedding 58 years ago accompanied by Marguerite.
Death is not extinguishing the light;
it is only putting out the lamp because the dawn has come.
Sincere sympathy to Rita and family.

A great friend and respected advisor to both Saskatchewan classroom teachers and administrators! I particularly remember his giving very helpful advice about local issues in the early 1970s when provincial bargaining was just beginning.
