Harry was a great man who did many things for which he will be fondly remembered. A light-hearted example: Harry had the most beautiful, and classic tennis swing of anyone with whom I have played. He left his memory in so many positive ways...

Harry Drake's deep and dependable regard for Macalester College keeps its leaders, faculty and students attuned to the artistry of life. His memory and spirit will endure among future generations.

Harry was a true lover of art. We are grateful for his generosity to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, and we will miss his enthusiastic and genial presence at the museum.

Sad to hear of the passing of Harry Drake. He was a wonderfully bright and generous man. It was always a pleasure when he visited the Ramsey County Historical Society offices.

I am saddened to hear of the lossof Harry Drake.He and my father were lifelongfriends and both attended the St Louis school for the Deaf as well as S.P.A. together. Harry was always a delightful visitor in our home as I was growing up.
