I wanted to write something on behalf of my mother; Lorna Joan Fish (nee Dyson - then Jacques) who has known Harry and his family - since setting up home on Hayling Island just after the war. They managed to keep in contact throughout many changes of address and life events - usually no more than a Christmas card - but she always spoke with great fondness for his kindness and thoughtfulness....and impressed her own children by telling us he could speak Russian and Mandarin! I am doubly sorry that Lorna had lost touch just over the last few years when she moved to Scotland - and we are truly sorry to hear that he is no longer with us. Love and thoughts from us all.
