I just saw Dr. Silverstein's obituary, and am saddened by his loss. I worked for Harry from 1981 to 1988 as his front office employee. I learned so much from him, not just in the dental field, but about life and living. Sending condolences to Joan and his family.

I just learned about Harry´s passing. I´m so sorry. He gave me my first job as a Hygienist and what a mentor he was! He had a profound effect on my career and as I´m still in clinical hygiene 30 years later his words and teachings echo in my head every day. He was a visionary who lived by the platinum rule. May his memory be a blessing

My Uncle Harry was such an accomplished individual. As a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry, and clinical Assistant Professor for Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and the Graduate School for Periodontics, he made such a huge impact on so many. My fondest memories of him were having intellectually inspired conversations where he would often challenge my opinions just for the sake of having a stimulating conversation!

He was so talented and inventive and his list of accomplishments are endless. He just loved learning and was truly an artist. He was so creative, I remember a beautiful ring in sterling silver that he made for my Aunt - he even made her gold wedding ring - and they sparkle and shine to this day!

I miss him dearly, and am so grateful that he was part of my life.

Joan-

I was served by Harry for 80% of his career. As you know, we became friendly out of the office! My memories couldn't be more fond and appreciative!
