Fell asleep peacefully in ITU RPH
on 31st October 2013, aged 72 yrs.
Husband of the late Maureen (Nee Banks) Loving father of Marie, Simon, and Mark.
Much loved Grandad and Great Grandad..
Funeral service to be held at Preston Crematorium on Friday 15th November at 11.15am.
No flowers please. Donations if so wish via funeral director for a charity yet to be decided.
Mick lived his life exactly as he wanted.
