Harvey Morrow Obituary
Muncie - Harvey J. Morrow, 87, passed away Sunday morning, November 1, 2015, at Parker Health Care.
He was born on November 29, 1927 in Bedford the son of Harvey L. and Anna (Stephenson) Morrow and served in the US Army during WWII.
Mr. Morrow was employed at Delco Battery for thirty years prior to his retirement. He also owned and operated Morrow Excavating.
Surviving are his son, Harvey D. Morrow (wife, Paula), Muncie; two daughters, Carolyn Studenka (husband, John), Venice, FL and Ruth Fischer (husband, Mike), Kettering, OH; three grandchildren, Harvey D. Morrow Jr (wife, Tonya), Selma, Brian J. Morrow (wife, Charity), Selma and Kara Lakovic (husband, Daniel), Kettering, OH; three great-grandchildren, Isaac, Lucas and Alexis Morrow, Selma; a sister, Thelma Chesney (husband, Charles), Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Doris in 2008; two brothers, Roger Morrow and Paul Fields; and two sisters, Dot Lamm and Revie Morrow.
Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, in The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel with Pastor John Clegg officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Military Rites by the U.S. Army and Veterans of Delaware County.
Friends may call at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
