It is with heavy hearts that we heard of Harvey's passing. Diana we send our deepest condolences to you and your family. I enjoyed the years spent working with Harvey on Nova projects....he was a great chief inspector. I only wish we had heard of his passing sooner so I could have made it home in time to attend his funeral. RIP Harvey!
