Hazel Bell Obituary
Hazel M. Bell, 91, passed away June 28, 2023, in Cabot, Arkansas. Hazel was born February 29, 1932, in Mayflower, Arkansas to the late James T. Ausbrooks and Lillie Mae (Hooks) Ausbrooks.
Hazel loved oil painting, shopping, and attending theaters. She was a leap year baby so only had a real birthday every four years. Hazel was and will be forever known for her sense of humor.
Hazel is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold E. Bell; parents, James T. Ausbrooks and Lillie Mae (Hooks) Ausbrooks; and brother, Paul Ausbrooks.
Hazel is survived by her daughter, Jeanne (Bill) James of Cabot, Arkansas; sister, Doris (Henry) Newell of Mobile, Alabama; and numerous nieces and nephews who will all miss her dearly.
Special thanks to Nan Zoller and Gentiva Hospice for the exceptional care.
Visitation is Wednesday, July 5th, from 10:00 -10:30 AM, with a Celebration of Life starting at 10:30 AM and burial to follow at Rosemont Cemetery.
