Dear Matt, Michelle, and family,

You are in our prayers and thoughts during this time. Never easy losing a loved one, especially to such a debilitating disease, and around a holiday. May the comfort of family and friends ease your sorrow. Your mother is finally home, as I know my mother, who suffered from the same disease was always trying to get to. Peace and love to all of you.

To the Bolt Family, Hazel was a truly lovely woman who always had a smile on her beautiful face. We are so sorry that her last years were painful to watch, but now may you find peace in knowing that she is with the Lord.
