I was shocked to here of the passing of Heather. We worked and played together in YWG at the Canadian Res office. We used our first travel passes together and went to Europe. She was truly a fantastic person. Always ready to listen and give you a laugh to cheer you up. You, her children will be in my prayers and thoughts as you carry on until we meet her again.

Kyle,Kelsey, Tory and the Henderson's
I was shocked to hear of Heather's passing and over the last few days have spent time remembering all the fun we had in our teens and years of young adulthood. Heather was one of my bridesmaids and her friendship and support meant the world to me. We who knew and loved her have suffered a great loss. God be with you in the days and weeks to come. Her bright smile will live on in our
hearts and memories.

I worked with Heather at Vancouver Airport and then Aeroplan. What I remember the most was her never ending smile, always a smile and laughter. She had a great lust for life and fun. She never had an unkind word and worked so very hard for her children, they were her life. She will be missed, I will miss that unforgetable smile and always remember her for that. Life certainly isn't fair and she should have been here longer. My best wishes and sympathy go out to her family and especially her babies who were to young to lose their Mom.

All of Heathers many friends at Aeroplan grieve her loss and miss her dearly. I'll miss that wry and dry sense of humour, her Tims coffee and especially her pony tail! I'll always remember meeting her at Assiniboine school in Wpg, hanging out and talking about the kids. She was the best and a great support for me when I came to YVR Aeroplan. Thanks Heather.

Heather will be truly missed by her friends and co-workers at Air Canada...I worked with Heather a way back in the Canadian Airlines res office in YWG...and the first time I met Heather....it was a friendship that one could feel proud to be a part of. She always amazed me on how she could juggle work and the responsiblity of her children...whom she loved dearly and was so proud of...She had gone through many trials and tribulations of being a single MOM....but she always pulled through with a smile...she had great support from her parents and family...and most of all her kids...It seems so unfair to have this happen to such a wonderful girl...but I know in my heart...she is at peace...and God has greater plans for this WONDER WOMAN...and I'm so proud and grateful to have known her and shared many a laugh with her.

Kyle, Kelsey & Tory: We are deeply saddened to hear this news. When we lived in Delta 6 years ago, I met your mom through the Delta Ringette Association. My daughter Kelsey played on Kelsey's team for 1 season back in 2001/02. I truly enjoyed getting to know your mom. She was so easy and fun to talk to. There was always laughter around her. She was a very devoted & loving mother to all of you. I was also fortunate to meet your grandma who would come often to B.C. to visit all of you and to help your mom out. She will be remembered by so many people. Be strong and be there for each other. Time will heal.

I met Heather when we were both travel agents in Winnipeg. We reconnected at the Yvr res office where we have worked together since. Heather was a joy to work with and be around. Always positive, funny and what a great Mom. I will miss you. I thank God Heather has touched my life.

TO HEATHER'S CHILDREN AND FAMILY. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. I have very fond memories of Heather and I in our younger years in baton, baseball and hockey. We drifted apart in our later years but when she came home to Winnipeg we just picked up where we left off.You were such a wonderful friend Heather, I will miss you terribly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family now and always Heather. See you later. Love Daren and Joe Miguez

Our family has had the pleasure of
knowing Heather through softball and ringette in Delta. She always
had a smile and was so positive and

Heather was one of the most dedicated and devoted mom's I have ever had the pleasure to know. She was always doing her best to get her kids to each sporting event with a smile on her face. I admired her strength more than words could ever say. She always had kind words to my children and encouraged them with positive comments. She will be missed in the community terribly.

I am shocked and saddened to hear the news and my thoughts are with her children who she loves so much. Heather and I lost touch over the last few years, but we did share good times at the Winnipeg Res office on Ferry Road, and our subsequent moves in 1994 when the office closed. Heather always made our day better with her warm smile and positive attitude.
