Heber Cottam Bishop

To the Bishop Family ---



Heber will be missed greatly by his friends and, of course, even more by you, his family. But he leaves us ALL with a greater sense of how much we should love life and do little acts of kindness for others, as Heber did. He has a great smile and a terrific personality... happily we can all look forward to seeing him again.

God be with you, Heber Bishop, 'til we meet again.

Our condolences to Kerma and the rest of the family. We are privileged to know you all. Thanks to Heber for being such a good guy and always reminding us of the need for a sense of humor. I'll always appreciate his kind gift as he saw me off to SLC on the bus to leave on my mission. As he shook my hand and pressed money into my palm, he said to "buy a fifth in Salt Lake." That was a good reminder I've needed periodically as I've taken myself and circumstances too seriously. Heber is a great guy and I appreciate his example.

Thank you Heber for always being a great example to me and friend to my parents (Tom & Dorothy Titus). I will never forget the great talk you gave at my missionary farewell. May the Lord continue to bless your family. Looking forward to seeing you in the future.

I am sorry to hear of Uncle Heber's passing. I remember working with Heber on Grandma's home and on Uncle Dick's appartment. He was a lot of fun to be around! I hope everyone else is well!
