It seems like just yesterday that Hector passed away. Thanks for the reminder to say something 13 years later. His sensational smile, laugh and humor will remain in my mind until I see him again. Tell me nothing breaks down in heaven. . . . if it does I'm sure we will find Hector "fixin" it. To any and all the family we send our best wishes.

So sad for you and your family with Hector passing, feel good that a guy that good is resting in a much better place now and the pain and anguish is now past. Many memories of him and his time with us at International Harvester. Always a friend with a smile and we are now fortunate enough to know his Grand daughter and will be welcoming her to our family. Thanks Hector. Looked at the pictures on the website and the memories came flooding back. Our prayers are with you and your family at this time. Always hold his memory dear as we will.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. His was a very special man and knowing him was such a great honor for me. So many good memories back in the Int'l Harvester days. He lived his life to the fullest and loved his family. What a nice picture gallery of all things he loved to do. My love to all of your family and give a hug to grandma as she is very special lady also.

We want to extend our sympathy to Margaret and all of Hector's family. Unfortunately we were not able to attend his funeral service, but were there in our thoughts and prayers. I certainly consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to work with Hector at International Harvester. Before I was transferred to St Paul I heard about "Hector" . . . and all the praise folks had for him was well deserved. Hector was always that "go-to guy" whenever anyone needed something special. His talents and connections with people were endless. He could fix anything from an old IH refrigerator to the latest in huge combines. A fish pole, shotgun and deer rifle were also familiar tools. We will never forget his fantastic smile and his good nature. God Bless his family as he was a blessing to all who knew him.
