Dear Dr. Chodos

I have often thought of you and your wife and the many laughs we shared during my annual visits with you. It was always such a pleasure to chat with Hedwige. Every time I saw a dahlia, I would think of her, and will continue to do so.

I am saddened and so sorry to hear of the news that Dr. Hedwige Chodos passed away.
I first met her in 1967 when I was 6 years old and she kept my eyes healthy for over 30 years. She was the kindest most caring doctor I ever met. She always appreciated my yearly Christmas cards, even if it were several months or even a year later when I came in for my next appointment.
Since I moved out to Maple Ridge, I've thought often of Dr. Chodos in the past 10 years, and have missed her. She was indeed a lovely, sweet lady.
