Heidi Current

Heidi E. Current, 36, Moorhead, MN passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Heidi Elizabeth Current was born on June 8, 1978 to Dennis Current and Jeanie Anderson at Fargo, ND. She grew up and attended school in Fargo; graduating from Fargo South High School. She was currently attending Minnesota State University Moorhead. After graduation, Heidi married Jason Juelke and the couple lived in various places, including Kentucky, Tennessee and Colorado. In 2007, Heidi moved back to Fargo. In 2010, she met Chad Rourke and the couple was engaged to be married June 9, 2015. Heidi loved to spend time with family and friends. She was also a free spirit going where ever the world would take her. She enjoyed being outside and camping with her children; they were her world. She also enjoyed to cook; making everything from scratch as well as scrapbooking. Heidi is survived by her fiancée, Chad Rourke, of Moorhead, her three children: Skyler Current, of Moorhead, Braelyn Juelke, of Longmont, CO and Gage Rourke, of Moorhead, her parents Dennis Current and Dawn Wegner and step-dad Brad Orvedal, all of Fargo. Other survivors include her brothers and sisters: Jeremiah (Roxanne) Prigge, April (Justin Filipi) Current, Cindy Current, Carry Jacobson and Jason Oien along with several nieces and nephews. Heidi was preceded in death by her mother Jeanie Orvedal, grandparents: Bill and Elizabeth Anderson and Eugene and Delephine Current and step-sister Crystal Boswell. Funeral: Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 2 PM at West Funeral Home Chapel, West Fargo, ND with visitation one hour prior. Burial: Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, ND at a later date.
