Heidi Martha Woldridge

My earliest recollection of beautiful Heidi was as a wee grade school child, maybe 1-2 grade. In her home on Western Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois, always amazing scents from Heidi´s baking, dinner preparation and such a spotless home. A smallish home yet Heidi made it elegant. German music playing on das radio from a Chicago station. As she hummed around her kitchen, a question was occasionally thrown out.. "Patti , David did you do your chores? Practice organ? Clean zee tub? Pick up clothes? "Mutti" alVays ran a tight ship. One thing that wasn´t mentioned was her very sharp und sassy sense of humor also style. A very sharp dresser indeed! AlVays willing to take us anywhere in her beloved "FOW VAY" VW, light blue beetle. Heidi is the reason I studied Deutsch for years! Her love of family was alVays evident. While sad that she´s now departed, happy she´s reunited with David. My deepest sympathy extended towards Patti, Jeff, Heidi and Tim and Victor and family. Alles immer liebe
