I hope you all can get through this day. It's very hard I know, but take one day at a time. May you be spared further sorrow.

My deepest condolences. I knew Heidi for about six years as her occasional dog walker. She was always so social, intelligent and very funny. For some reason, I thought of her today and learned of this heart breaking news. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I'm sure Bentley was there when his master came to heaven.

Dear Irwin and Ilene. It was just brought to my attention about you losing Heidi. I know what you are going through as it is the worst thing when a parent has to bury a child, I have been there too, as my son Marty died nine years ago. My heart aches for both for you
Sincerely, Marsha Mendelman Schaffer, Fort Lee, N.J.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I was close friends with David when you lived in Montreal. Never lost those memories.

Dear Wolfe Family- I am so very sorry for your loss. I'm not sure if you remember me, Shari Hogue, but I lived across the golf course from you in Emerald Hills. Heidi and I were best friends in high school! I had dinner with her in Chicago several years ago but we did not do a good job of keeping up since then. Heidi taught me all about the Jewish traditions, and I shared the Christian ones with her ( she loved helping us decorate our Christmas tree!) . I know that you are sitting Shiva now (because Heidi taught me about that) so you may not see this post for a while. Tonight I turn on my Christmas lights in Heidi's memory, RIP my friend! Sending my prayers to her parents, siblings, and friends.
