To the Family,
It was with great sadness that I learned of Helen's passing. Over the years I was able to stay in touch with her through Christmas letters and such. However, I had lost contact several years ago. This news of her death was a shock.
My sympathies and prayers go out to the family, especially Richard and Gail. May you be comforted in God's love and peace, and His grace be much with you. Your mother was a real blessing to me in my growing-up years and I appreciated her friendship and encouragement over the years. I will miss her.
May she rest in peace.
