Helen KOTT Obituary
Mrs. Helen Kott of Vegreville, AB passed away peacefully on November 2nd, 2013 at the age of 101.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her five children, Betty (Hugh) Wass of Grande Prairie, Lorne of Edmonton, Edward of Calgary, MaryJane (Val) Burant of Vegreville, Ernie (Elaine) of South Surrey, B.C. She will also be greatly missed by her seven grandchildren, Randal (Valerie), Lauren Kott, Ernie (Janette) Wass, Lorena (Andy) Walenstein, Richard (Karen), Ryan (Jessica), Kam, and three great-grandchildren, Emily Kott, Crosland Wass, and April Walenstein. Helen is survived by her two brothers, Nick (Joyce) Chilibeck, and Joe (Catherine) Chilibeck.
She was predeceased by her husband, John, parents, Harry (Anna) Chilibeck, brothers, Peter and John Chilibeck, sisters, Mary (Alex) Wynnychuk, Kay (Bill) Hryhirchuk, Elsie (Mike) Snaychuk, stepmother, Mildred Chilibeck, and daughter-in-law, Elsie Kott.
A Divine Liturgy Of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, 5705 - 51 Street, Vegreville, AB with the Basilian Fathers officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or a charity of their choice.

To my Dear Godmama's family;
It was an honor to have your MOM,sister, grandmother & greatgrandmother as my Special Godmother. My visits with her were most informative & heart warming. It is with great saddness that these visits & phone calls have ended---but never forgotten---she was MY Godmama.
