FRED CRABTREE Obituary
FRED M. CRABTREE, was born in Kenova, W.Va., to Clyde and Sarah (Lycan) Crabtree on January 14, 1928. He was a graduate of Marshall University, and served in the Army during the Korean Conflict where he was awarded a Korean Service Medal with a Bronze Campaign Star. Fred was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Bert, Dorothy, Ray and Mildred; and his wife Betty. Fred was a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner. Fred enjoyed golfing and fishing, as well as volunteering for the American Cancer Society and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Survivors include Priscilla (Scott) Lofsness of Maple Grove, Minn; Jane of Defiance, Ohio; Darla (Tim) Pankratz of Maple Grove, Minn; and Rebecca (Pete) Prokofieff, Crystal, Minn. Donations may be made to the Defiance County (Ohio) Humane Society, 7169 St. Rt. 15, Defiance, Ohio 43512.

Fred,
I'm prayerful that you have finally made it home at last. Remember our talk as I drove you back to Huntington for your last time. What a joy to have known you at General Motors and to have worked for you so many years ago.
I now bid you Farewell, and may our God look at your Heart as He welcomes you into His rest..
