HELEN L. MANIES

Helen L. Manies (nee Herrera), 68, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away during the COVID-19 PANDEMIC on October 21, 2020. She was born on October 14, 1952, in Denver. Helen, also known as Helen L. Horness, will be dearly missed by her Daughters, Dominique and Krystle, as well as her Grandchildren, Joe, Ylania, Tyhaunnie, Khloe, and Anthony Great-Grandchildren Cortez Camden.

Helen was preceded in death by her late husband Gregory P. Horness US ARMY, SGT (1960-1988) , her Granddaughter, Shaneen Jania Strock (1994), Son who also served for the US ARMY Joe E. Strock (11/07/1970-07/27/2013).
In her professional life, Helen Retired from CURRENT INC. Catalog Warehouse 1005 E. Woodmen Rd. Colorado Springs Colorado 80920 (719) 594-4100. She was a home owner in the Canterbury Mobile Home Park Community for over 25 Years.

A ceremony to honor Helen's life was held at Fort Logan National Cemetery, located at 4400 West Kenyon Ave. Denver, Colorado 80236 (719) 761-0117,

Helen will be remembered for her love and devotion to her family, friends, and her contributions to her career. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
