HELEN CATHERINE DONOVAN
September 18, 1918 - July 23, 2003
Born in Scranton and a long-time resident of Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, in the Poconos, Helen passed away peacefully with her nephew at her side in Pgh, PA after a long illness on Wed., July 23, 2003. Adored wife of the late Lino Joseph Morelli. She was "Aunt Donny" to her nephew and niece Mike and Kathy Prentiss of Pittsburgh, PA and a clan of Donovan nephews and nieces in Eastern Pennsylvania. A devout Catholic and a graduate of Mercy Hospital of Nursing in Scranton, her faith and career defined her life. Private service at BEINHAUERS in Dormont, PA (412) 531-4000. Viewing at Joseph L. Costa Funeral Home, 170 Central Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, (201) 288-0234, August 2, 9:30-10:30 am. Funeral Mass immediately following at Corpus Christi R.C. Church, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Hackensack, NJ. The family suggests donations to her beloved church, Church of St. Ann, PO Box 188, Tobyhanna, PA 18446 (570) 894-8018.
