I will never forget my neighbor Helen, first person I met in the neighborhood. Kindest person I knew from day 1 Aug 1993 until I left Dec 2012. I miss her presence in my life so much and think of her often. Loads of fun and sad memories in our neighborhood in Murfreesboro.

Julie and Family, Bob Reid called me to tell me of your mother's death. My mother was Thelma Boone Cooke, a first cousin of your mom's, who loved her very much. I have very fond memories of reunions at Aunt Nancy's house in Whitakers, playing with you and your brother Doug when we were all children. Your mom was such a very sweet and loving person ... my prayers are with you all.

My sincere condolences for the loss of your dear Helen. Life seems to fly by all too quickly. How loving God is to console us with his promise of eternal life.~John 3:16
May you continue to find needed comfort in God's Word and each other.

I was asking about Helen not too long ago. She was a special lady - who meant a lot to my mom and dad as well as me. So sorry for your loss, Julie and family. Blessing to all.

I have many fond memories of going to Douglas' and Helens' house with my brothers and sister growing up. She always kept up with over all these years. My condolences to Julie and her family members, Merle and family, and the Chappell family, and other caregivers.

It is with both joy and sadness that I experience writing in this book today. I have had the joy of a renewed relationship with my Aunt Helen since my father's death. Aunt Helen was jovial, inspiring, and loving. I am deeply saddened because the renewed relationship has been too short. I know that Aunt Helen is with the Lord. I pray for Ron and Julie during this time.

To all of Helen's family members, I express my deepest sympathies. Helen was my very first friend and neighbor when I moved to Murfreesboro in 1993. She was always supportive, loving, spirited and there for me for 15 years. I have really missed her caring presence in my life. I love you Helen. Rest in Peace. Blessings to Julie & Ron and the rest of her extended family. Janie
