Hey Nolen and Don... I have great memories of your mom and the times we lived so close together in West Jackson. In these past few years, each time I come up to visit the required stop is to visit with you and your mom. To listen to the great stories of past years and just to see your mom and the vitality she had right up to the end of this life. We are praying for you and your families during this time.

Nolan and Don, My prayers are with you for your loss. I'm so glad I was able to visit with your mother while in Jackson at the end of Oct. She was the last of my mother's closest and long time nursing friends at the hospital to pass away. They enjoyed some great life experiences and helped many people. You were fortunate that she was physically and mentally in good shape until her last few days.

Miss Whitmire was my first superviser when I started at JMCGH..She a great nurse and just a wonderful person.The world needs more people like her in it.

So sorry for you loss. The early JMCGH crowd is slowly but surely going away. They were part of the greatest generation, and helped make the institution great. Also as JHS classmates we mourn the loss of all parents as generations pass. Our prayers are with you and your loved ones.

Mrs. Whitmore was excellent nurse,supervisor, a caring person.

So sad to learn of the passing of someone I thought so much of as a nurse and as a person. Mrs. Whitmire was a pleasure to work with at JMCGH.
