Dear John & Karen & Family,
Yes, Helene is at peace and with our Lord now. I am so glad she had a
peaceful passing.
She had a full life and I was proud to have known her and proud to have called her our neighbor the last 28 years. The block was never the same
without her. She saw my house being built back in the 50's. She always looked out for all the neighbors. She was like a second mom to me.
She always talked about her two
sons and daughter-in-laws. She especially had a fondness for her grandchildren. She always told me about
what college they were in or what they were doing. I felt like I knew all of you personally.
To you and your family, you have my deepest sympathy. Helene will truly be missed. She was a wonderful lady.
With my deepest sympathy,
Mary Ann

Dear John and Family,
God's peace and greetings! Just a brief note to let you know that you all are in my prayers and thoughts as you mourn the loss of your mother and grandmother. The care and special ministry that I saw you offer Helene during the two years that I have lived at 4 Rumford was a special inspiration to me and reminded me of my family's special ministry to my Dad after my Mom died. She is at peace with her Lord and Brother Jesus. May she rest in peace and may God's Consoling Spirit be with you during the coming weeks and months as you continue life's journey without her physical presence. She died on the same date as my Dad.

Dear John & Karen,

Christmas won't be the same without Helene sitting in the green chair in my Mom's living room. Thanks for taking her into your home, otherwise we would never had gotten to know her! She will be missed.

Love, Arch & Carol Hendrick
