1930 - 2015
On August 13, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Gaëtan. Devoted mother of Michel, Barbara and Patricia. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Also survived by extended family here and in Germany, and many dear friends. Special thanks to her physicians, nurses and support staff at the Jewish General Hospital and at Mt. Sinai. Viewing on Sunday, August 23 at Coopérative Funéraire du Grand Montréal, 2000 rue Cunard, Laval, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. followed by a service at 5:00 p.m. Reception at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 251, 2000 Blvd, Curé-Labelle. For those who wish, donations to the Segal Cancer Centre at the Jewish General Hospital and the Palliative Care unit at Mt. Sinai in her memory.

Helga was a great lady, so caring and always ready to help people. The many years that she spent working on the LA, and who could forget "Mrs Santa Claus". She loved sewing and knitting and my children wore many a baby outfits that she had made for the Legion Bazaars.She will always be remembered fondly by all who knew her. Our most sincere condolences to all the family.
