Henry "Cornbread" Hilton

Henry Hilton or "Cornbread" as he was so affectionately called, passed away on January 2, 2019 at the age 60. A native of Baton Rouge, he is survived by a loving sister: Donna Youngblood of Baton Rouge, LA; two brothers, Bennie (Alice Faye) Hilton of St. Mary's, GA and Roger Hilton of New Orleans, LA; four nieces: Dr. Juanita (Broderick) Garner and Jasmine Allen both of Baton Rouge, LA, Antoinette Griffin of Miami, FL and Angela Lathers of Los Angeles, CA; four nephews: Casey (Rayna) Allen of Zachary, LA, Coray Hilton and Jeremiah Youngblood both of Baton Rouge, LA and Dr. Roy Youngblood Jr. of Dallas, TX; four aunts: Shirley Russell of New Orleans, LA, Audrey Dibrell of Dallas, TX, Cathy Lee of Fort Worth, TX and Joanne Lee of Baton Rouge, LA; one uncle, Rev. Curtis Alvin Lee of Gary, IN and a host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Ben and Mrs. Isabelle Hilton; one sister, Rita Hilton Allen; one brother, Ernest Hilton and one nephew, Gerald Mitchell. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Johnny and Lily Hilton and his maternal grandparents, Martha Kent, Curtis and Thelma Lee. Visitation will be Monday, January 7, 2019 8:00 am until religious service at 10:00 am, Interdenominational Faith Assembly Church, 5045 Greenwell St., Baton Rouge, LA 70805. Interment will be at Winnfield Memorial Park, 7221 Plank Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70811. Services entrusted to Hall Davis & Sons Funeral Service.
