Margarita G. Castro, age 90, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother; and will be greatly missed. Margarita is preceded in death by her dear parents; Luis and Rita Garcia; her loving husband; Oscar Castro; and her brothers; Luis Garcia Jr. and Carlos Garcia. She is survived by her loving children; Peggy Schuster, Luz Maria Simpson, Laura King and Oscar A. Castro Jr.; her siblings; Jose Garcia and Laura Garcia; her dearest grandchildren; Melissa Mijares, Michelle Carreon, Veronica Pace, Daniel King and Cindy Contreras; her eight beloved great grandchildren; and her dearest great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.
A Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 10:30 am Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home- West with a Holy Rosary to follow at 10:30 am. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home- West. A Graveside Service will follow at 1:00 pm at Restlawn Memorial Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 N. Resler Dr.
