Many fun memories of holidays with Bud and Sis. Puzzles to figure out and Bud's holiday tie that always lit up. There were summer family gatherings playing Bocce ball and everyone was included. Bud was very supportive with a letters, photos, or a phone call. He was my family connection keeping me up to date on east coast family news. I'm very sorry not to have been able to fly in from the west coast and be present at his services, however, he and I were connected in life. I'm grateful to have known him for my life time. Uncle Bud touched many, many lives. He made growing older look easy. And if it helps He and Sis are together now; he wanted that very much. Blessings.

I had Mr McQuade for Earth Science in 9th grade. He had a classroom which faced the Student Parking lot, one day while discussing the Earths surface and deflation's he noticed one of his students had drifted out of the classroom admiring his car parked out back. Without missing a beat, Mr.McQuade said ... Now, you say deflation to Dave Sametz and Dave thinks ..OH NO, MY TIRE laughter erupts in a completely re-engaged class. Well done Sir.

Mr McQuade was a great teacher at JBHS, I had him for Earth Science in 1974, lots of great stories to keep the class interesting."ROYGBIV". He had amazing driving ability for a person his age! I will miss seeing him sitting in front of his garage, admiring the beautiful daffodils. RIP Scotty.
