Dear Medina family,

I'm sending my sympathies on the loss of Henry. He is in my prayers.

Dearest Essie and family,
It is so hard to believe. We were just celebrating your retirement. You are in my heart. I know you are a strong lady and have a beautiful family. Henry will be missed but always remembered. And he will be welcomed in his new home. I love you and wish I could be there. God Bless You and Yours....

To the Mendina Family;I was in total shock when saw in the Caller Times Newspaper that Henry had moved on to another Commanding Officer. I served with Henry during thre 70's at NAS Corpus and could not ask for a better shipmate.I retired in 74 and move on but I shall always remember him. My heart goes out the Medina family and especially Mrs. Medina.

I am so sorry for your loss! I'm glad that my mom is up there in Austin to help you all out right now. I wish I was able to be there to give you hugs in person but please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers!!! I know your hearts are broken and hurting right now but hang on to your loving memories of Mr. Henry and the knowledge that you will be reunited with him one day in Heaven to get you through this most difficult time.
