Hi: I know this is late but I knew Henry at DCA in 1989 and 1990 right after I finished grad school. He was a terrific person and always a lot of fun to talk to. I remember commiserating with him about the downfall of the Soviet Union. Those were amazing times. From DCA I headed overseas and spent the rest of my life working for the US Agency for International Development. I remember him talking fondly of Susanne, so I thought I would add a little note.
