I would like to send my condolescencse to Jennifer,Shane and Keith in the loss of your father.He was a great friend over the years and I will miss him vey much.I will remember all the great memories I have as I know you will too.I will be in touch.

I send my condolences to the Frank family. I knew Herb through coaching his son Keith in minor hockey. I will not forget his passion for the game. He could always be found watching from one of the corners at ice level. May he rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Frank family as you mourn the loss of your Dad. Herb was a fun loving guy that without a doubt loved his children. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We have known Herb for a long time and over the years he has become a very important part of our family. Through many family functions and projects he earned two titles in our family. One was UNCIE HERB. The second, he was a member of the GERIATRIC CREW. We have had many laughs with Herb over these titles, among other things and we will treasure those laughs always. He was an awesome friend and we will miss him more than words can say.

My condolences to all the family of Herb. He always made sure he stopped in and said hi when he was in Arkona. Will miss his visits. Always full of laughter, making everyone around him feel good. Will always cherish the memories.
